I am having difficulties placing an order via the website
If you have problems processing an order via the PingLian.com website, please send an email to sarahshlee888@yahoo.com with details of the product you wish to purchase, your contact telephone number, and the type of payment you wish to use (do not include credit card number in email). Estimated shipping date is within 1 week. Normal delivery may take one to two weeks but delivery to some country may take as long as 4 to 5 weeks.

Refund or exchange
Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, and artwork received in good condition, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange.Hours of Trade
Being an online store, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
